The Foiling Press – September 2023 – September was an awesome month! We’ve wrapped up a successful summer and look forward to finishing Q4 strong! We also have several cool projects developing; some we can discuss, others we can’t yet announce….Read ahead for more info on what we’ve been up to here at Insetta Boatworks!

Current Builds

We are nearing the finish line on this Mercury-powered Sky Blue 35IFC. Components are all bonded into the boat, and the majority of the rigging is complete. We’re working on some remaining behind-the-scenes and systems checks before we splash this beauty for testing so we can get her dialed in before acceptance and delivery!

Our next Sky Blue build has all of her fiberglass parts, big and small, finished up! Everything from the Hull, Cap, and Liner to small parts like hatches, console, coffin box, and leaning post are built and ready to go. Once below-deck rigging is completed, we’ll bond the liner into the hull while the rest of the team preps the cap and livewells and gets the console rigging sorted.

Finally, we’ve blocked off time and resources to refresh some of our molds, and start on some new projects as well! The most exciting of these has been the development of our new console – we’re happy to announce that all of the folks who have been wanting a place to escape the heat and take a nap will finally have an option for a small berth on the 35IFC! We are still in the process of finalizing this design, but here’s a sneak peek for those interested:
