The Foiling Press – November 2025

The Foiling Press – November 2025 Recap – It’s hard to believe 2025 is almost over! We’ve been firing on all cylinders for the entire year, and we’re extremely happy with the progress we’ve made. That being said, there is still so much more to do, and we can’t wait to continue building awesome boats for amazing customers! November was a big month across the board—and December is our month to finish strong. We’ll keep it brief this month, but here’s our monthly update on builds:

Current Builds

Hull #24:
Rigged & Ready for Water Testing

Hull 24 is in the final stages of rigging and will enter the water tomorrow for testing, fine-tuning, and evaluation of Seakeeper Ride performance. We’ve heard great things about the SeaKeeper Ride system, and this past year, they’ve finally rolled out functionality for catamarans. While the 35IFC is already very easy to learn to operate, we are hopeful that this system will make the boat even more user-friendly. Additionally, we are hopeful that the system’s dynamic trim capabilities will work with our IFC system to keep our hydrofoil at the ideal angle for optimized performance across all sea states.

Make sure you’re following us on social media as we will be sharing updates from testing later this week!

Hull #25:
Ready for Rigging!

All fiberglass parts are complete for Hull #25! This means that the Cap, liner, and major components are finished, trimmed, and ready for installation. Time to continue with rigging and piece this beatuy together—assembly and systems integration are next as this build really starts to come to life.

Hull #26:
FRP Complete & Rigging Progressing

Hull 26 is wrapping up its final structural phase:

  • The cap was infused last week, marking the completion of all FRP work. The liner and cap are now ready to come out of the molds to make room for the next 35IFC in line!

  • The hull is already in the rigging shop with rigging tubes installed

A few remaining details are being handled in-house, with the rest of the rigging to be completed by Mr. Tony Eden at Boattronics! This is his personal boat, and this will be the first time we haven’t completely rigged an Insetta in-house. Fortunately, the work Tony and his Boattronics team do is phenomenal, and we have high expectations for it.

Hull #27: Small & Medium Parts Construction Underway!

Hull 27’s production is in full swing!

  • Leaning post, console, and small parts are currently dry stacked and ready for infusion

  • Bulkheads and stringers were built last week and will be ready for installation into the hull as soon as she’s infused!

  • The hull has been gel-coated and skin-coated and is now being stacked with composites and fiberglass for infusion this week!

Early momentum is strong, and this build is already tracking nicely.
