The Foiling Press – September 2025

The Foiling Press – September 2025 – It’s officially fall, and the Insetta Team is ready to continue the grind and finish the year strong! The sales team hosted a very successful event up in Charleston, SC – congrats to those that have joined the Insetta Family and those who plan to very soon! Charleston is always a treat, it’s nice to spend some quality time with our customers up there and it’s a pleasure getting to meet more folks in the area who are interested in an Insetta.

While we were in South Carolina, we also made it a point to drop in and check on one of the latest 35IFC’s we delivered! We brought in a talented photographer to go out with us for a few hours to shoot some sick stills and videos both inshore and offshore, follow us on social media to see some of the content we scored! Meanwhile in St. Mary’s, the guys at the shop were cranking away with 4 builds in progress!

October is  big month for us with the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show quickly approaching, so make sure you swing by and say hello or schedule a sea trial if you want to experience the latest and greatest Insetta to hit the water (Click HERE to book)

There’s plenty more to talk about, so let’s get into our current builds:

Current Builds

Hull #21: Delivered!

Another one leaves the nest! Hull #21 has officially been delivered down to Key West and is ready to enjoy the island life for a while! Always an exciting moment for the team to see months of craftsmanship head out for its first adventures offshore, and an even more special moment for our customers to get their hands on their long-awaited build!

We’re certain this boat will see it’s fair share of fish and good times wherever she goes! A huge thank you to our team for all the great work, and our customers for placing the trust in us to turn their dream boat into a reality!!!

Hull #23: Nearing Completion in Time for FLIBS!

Hull #23 is completely assembled and entering its final stages! Upholstery and SeaDek installation are set for next week. Meanwhile, our team is running through full systems checks to ensure everything is dialed in.

Engine programming and start-up are scheduled for Monday with our friends from Honda, with an initial water test slated for October 15th. This is our first 35IFC with the new Honda 350’s and we’re very excited to see how they perform. During discussions with Honda and others who have already tested these motors, we have heard great things and set high expectations for both performance and efficiency out of these outboards. We will keep y’all posted and for those attending FLIBS, this is the boat we will be showing off for the week!

Hull #24:
Rigging is Underway!

Hull #24 has officially entered the rigging shop, where the hull rigging process is in full swing. The liner has been released, trimmed, and is getting its final finishing before pre-rigging begins. The cap has also been released and is being finalized for fitment.

Meanwhile, the console, leaning post, and coffin box are heading to the rigging shop Monday, and the hardtop is being modified to accommodate a custom tower setup—this one’s shaping up to be a standout build that is going to tear up some fish in the St. Pete area!

Hull #25: Initial Phase

Hull #25 was recently infused, and stringers and bulkheads are being bonded in as we speak. The console, leaning post, and coffin box are in final finishing stages, while all the small parts (hatches, compartments, and accessories) are complete. The liner is scheduled for gel coat and skin coat next week so we can get her infused shortly after!

This build is going to be this customer’s 2nd Insetta 35IFC, and it will warm your heart when you find out who it’s being built for! We won’t ruin the surprise yet, but you might be able to draw some conclusions from these pictures….

Hull #26:
Small and Medium Parts in Production

The newest build is officially underway! The console, liner, leaning post, hardtop, and coffin box were all gelled and skinned yesterday. Dry stacking of fiberglass and core composites for these components started this past month, marking the early but exciting progress of Hull #26.

This build is going to get a lot of coverage, specifically on Facebook, as we’re building it for an awesome gentleman named Tony Eden! Tony is the President of Boattronics Marine Inc., which is one-stop-shop for any vessels needs – from total overhauls to Electronic Design & Installation, Repairs, and more. To have someone like Tony choose an Insetta over all the other options on the market is truly an honor, it speaks volumes to our build quality, rigging, fit-and-finish, ride, and performance! This guy knows boats inside and out and decided an Insetta 35IFC was the boat for him!
