The Foiling Press – May 2025 – Another month, another wave of progress here at Insetta Boatworks! With one boat delivered and three more in varying stages of the build process, our team continues to refine and accelerate the build process while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship.
The sales and marketing crew headed down to the Florida Keys to finish the month strong with a content creation day and two successful days of private demos. We’re looking forward to welcoming a few new members to the Insetta family once the boys wrap up the quoting process.
Let’s get into some more details:
Hull #20: Delivered!
Boat #20 has officially been delivered!. This was a very special boat for us, as this particular customer was our first-ever Insetta 35IFC customer! We built and delivered our first production boat to him back in 2021, and it was a heartwarming experience getting to deliver Hull #20 to him this past month. Mr Munster placed a huge vote of confidence in our small brand back in 2020, being the first to commit to a build, and for him to place a second vote of confidence in us speaks volumes to the brand and product we’ve built!
He was over the moon with excitement, seeing the improvements we’ve made to the design and layout of the 35IFC over the years. We always strive to improve in everything we do, taking customer feedback, offering new options, and trying new things to make our boats just a little bit better every time. Thank you for believing in us, Mr. Munster. Enjoy your new boat!

Hull #21: Out of the mold and on to rigging!
Hull #21 has been released from the mold and is currently undergoing final finishing, with a scheduled move to the rigging shop this week. The liner has been gelled, skinned, and is being dry stacked, with infusion planned for the end of the week. The cap is fully finished with all hardware, plumbing, and electrical components installed. The console and console liner have been bonded and are ready for cutouts and rigging. The hardtop, coffin box, and leaning post are all prepped and ready for rigging as well!

Hull #22: Time to assemble everything!
Hull rigging is now complete on #22. The liner has been installed, with all liner rigging finished and ready for the cap installation at the end of the week. The cap has been released, trimmed, and is now in final finishing. It will be rigged and installed by the end of the week. Console pre-rigging is complete and awaiting the installation of metalwork. The leaning post and coffin box are both fully complete and pre-rigged for installation. Hardtop pre-rigging is in progress, and the coffin box liner is ready for its own pre-rigging phase.
Meanwhile, the new molds for the upper station are finished, with gelling and skinning scheduled for tomorrow. We’re very excited (and we’re certain our customers are as well) to be building the first-ever 35IFC with a tower! She’s going to be a sweet rig, powered by Twin V10 Mercurys!

Hull #23: Fiberglass parts being stacked and infused!
Progress on Hull #23 is moving quickly across all components. The console is in final finishing, and the coffin box is complete and ready for rigging. The leaning post is currently in the final stages of finishing. The upper hardtop has been infused, and the lower hardtop is being infused today. The console liner is also being infused today. Fish boxes have been gelled and skinned and are now being dry stacked in preparation for infusion. Livewells have been skinned and are staged for dry stacking, while both the hatch uppers and lowers are also ready for dry stacking. The stringers have been infused and are prepped for trimming, and the coffin box liner is being infused today.

The crew aboard the Deep End is no stranger to filling the fish boxes on their Yamaha-Powered 35IFC. The boys once again crushed the fish, covering 420 miles in 21 hours and returning with over 120 gallons of fuel remaining! There’s no other 35’ cat that provides the range and efficiency that the Insetta does – if you’re serious about traveling farther than the crowds to experience incredible fishing, the 35IFC is the right tool for the job!

The fellas aboard Hull #7 put some fish in the boat, one of them being this size large wahoo that was a solid bonus to round out an already impressive day of fishing!

And last but not least, Jeffrey and Nick ventured down to the Florida Keys for a content day and 2 days of demos/sea trials! The guys scored some great footage in rough water (videos coming soon) and secured some fish for dinner before hosting 2 successful days of demos and filming the Hull #19 Walkthrough Video (below)!

2023 Insetta 35IFC – Twin 300 HP Suzuki’s (2025) with only 15 hours – Simrad Electronics – Gemlux Components
This beautiful 2023 Insetta 35IFC belongs to our good friend and customer, Robert Arrington, AKA Deermeat for Dinner. Robert has been dealing with some health issues recently and is taking a step back from boating/fishing/diving to focus on his rest and recovery. We have stepped up to assist him in the sale of his recently repowered 35IFC and hope to see him in a new Insetta in the near future.
We are offering the vessel at an asking price of $580K or best offer. The boat is currently at our factory getting a full walkthrough and systems check; she will be fully detailed and ready for her next owner this month. If you’re interested in seeing a full build sheet of this decked-out 35IFC, please reach out to sales@insetta.com – you can also watch the video below to see a full walkthrough of the boat!
